When GVIDO is given from another person or when you purchase second hand GVIDO, the try to register it in My Library,
A warning may appear stating “This GVIDO is registered by other user” and the GVIDO may not be registered correctly.
In that case, there is a possibility that the previous owner did not properly cancel the GVIDO terminal and My Library.
Please ask the previous owner to Deregister the GVIDO.

In GVIDO Customer Support, we would Deregister the GVIDO only in the following two cases.
1) When we receive a request for Deregister from the previous owner
2) When the following three kinds of information are received from the current owner
・ My Library registration email address used by the previous owner
・ Name of previous owner
・ The serial number of the GVIDO
Please note from the viewpoint of privacy protection, we do not accept Deregister for other reasons.
