~When this device does not appear to be running successfully, try the following steps:~
- Press Power button to turn on and Check Power/Charge LED
・Light "Orange" wait for a few seconds, flashes "Orange". This is right turn on.
・Flash "Orange" 3 times, need to be charged. Please go to step 2).
- Battery charge
Connect a USB charger adapter (not supplied) to this device with the supplied USB cable and plug the adapter to a power outlet. Check LED Power/Charge LED lights in red. When the battery charge is completed, the Power/Charge LED turns off. Then turn on the GVIDO to see the boot is successful.
※Please use AC adapter(not supplied)to a power outlet. By connecting PC USB port, it takes more than hours for charge to be completed.
- When this device does not appear to be running successfully, try the following by press and hold the Power button
Press and hold the Power button for 7 seconds then stop and detach, again Press and hold for 7 seconds then stop and detach, again Press and hold for 3 seconds then stop and detach. After these, to see if the boot is successful for 10 seconds.
- After 3) step, still having troubles,
Seeing the screen what is happening, Press and hold the Power button button for 20 seconds to see if the boot is successful.
- After doing above countermeasures, the device does not appear to be running successfully, please contact GVIDO customer support.
On this device, electronic paper displays are employed. The electronic paper displays may show trace of the previous image may remain on the screen. In this case battery charge level may be low. Please charge GVIDO to use the device with good conditions.
Resetting this device may delete the bookmarks, notes, and settings.
