Customers are entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’, beginning the day the day of receiving the order. During this time, returns for refunds are valid for any given reason. If you wish to return the product, you must inform us during this period. Please email our customer support at cs-uk@gvidoscore.com and they will happily assist you. Once you have informed us, you have another 14 days to send the order back for either a replacement or a refund. We will confirm reciept of your return via email.
